Why am I getting two of the same box each month?

You probably have two subscriptions to the same club. Everyone in a club gets the same books each month, so two subscriptions mean two identical boxes. Email us and we'll cancel the one you don't want.
Fix
- Sign in and open Account → Book Clubs. Two clubs listed with the same club name means two subscriptions.
- Only one listed? You may have joined twice with different email addresses. Sign in with the other one, or ask us to look.
- Email support@bookroo.com with the email addresses you used, and say which subscription to keep.
Why it happens
Some families buy a second subscription on purpose, for a gift or a grandchild, so we don't stop or flag a second one ourselves.
