What do Available, Pending and Delayed mean on quiz requests?

| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Available | The quiz is ready. That includes one you or the student wrote. | Nothing. The student can take it now. The request clears once they start. |
| Pending | Our quiz team is working on it. Most quizzes arrive within 3–5 days. | Wait. |
| Delayed | We can't write it soon. Usually we can't get a copy (older or small-publisher titles), or it's a reference or activity book with no story to quiz on. | Choose Contribute quiz to write one yourself, or Admin certify the student's reading. |
Tick Show only delayed requests to see just the ones waiting on you.
The … menu on each request has Contribute quiz, Admin certify and Delete quiz request.
