Do I get anything for referring another teacher?

Yes. When a teacher you refer gets their class reading on Bookroo, you get $25 in Book Cash and they get $5, both added to your classes' Book Wallets.

Share your code

1. Open your class and click Book Wallet in the sidebar.
2. In Refer a Teacher, click Share your code.
3. Click Copy your code and send it to your colleague.

What your colleague does

1. Creates their own Bookroo class.
2. Within 14 days of creating it, goes to Settings → Referral → Add referral code, enters your code and clicks Submit code.
3. Adds 10 or more students and claims Weekly Book Cash three times. See Book Wallet and Book Cash.

Claim the reward

• You: their email appears in your Refer a Teacher table with five check marks for their progress. Once all five are green, click Claim $25.
• Your colleague: a Referral Onboarding Book Cash card appears on their Book Wallet page. After their third weekly claim, they click Claim $5.

Good to know

• The Referral card only appears in Settings during a class's first 14 days, and only to the teacher who created it.
• By adding your code, your colleague lets you see their email and progress.
• You can't use your own code. Full rules are in the Book Cash section of our Terms of Service.
