This picture book is a warm, funny example of how to engage with someone new, who is perhaps a bit different from you. “My three-year-old cannot get enough of this book, and luckily, I love reading it to her! She has fun with the interactive style of the book, and we both love Greg Pizzoli's cute, simple, bright illustrations. While we read it at all times of day, it's a particularly great bedtime book: my kids get to be loud and silly, but the book calms them down as it continues, and finishes with a whispered "good night".”
