How does rostering work with Clever and Google Classroom?

Bookroo brings in students from Clever sections and Google Classroom courses. It doesn't sync on its own, and it doesn't create teacher accounts.

- Creating teacher accounts from your SIS
Teachers are added by a school admin (Add teachers to your school) or by another teacher (Give a co-teacher access).
