Do you offer a discount for military families?

Your first box ships within about a week of your order, whatever day of the month you join. After that, boxes ship around the middle of each month, usually in the week after the 15th. They go by USPS Media Mail and usually arrive 6–9 business days after they ship. You'll get an email with a tracking number when each box ships.

When will my box ship and arrive?

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Shipping is $4.99 per box. We can't ship outside the US.

Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?

Check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If it shows the box lost, or it's coming back to us, email support@bookroo.com and we'll work out a replacement.

My box never arrived. What can I do?

Update your address on your club page first, so the next box goes to the right place. If you have mail forwarding, this box should still find you; if not, it comes back to us and we can send it again once you pay the shipping.

I moved, and my box went to my old address. What can I do?

Email a photo of the damage to support@bookroo.com within 48 hours of the box arriving, and we'll send a replacement.
