Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Shipping is $4.99 per box. We can't ship outside the US.

A multi-month plan charges shipping for every box in it: a 6-month plan includes six boxes' shipping.
Military addresses
For an APO, DPO or FPO address, choose Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Pacific or Armed Forces Others (Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Canada) as the state. Once military mail takes over, USPS tracking usually stops updating until the box is nearly there. The first box takes the longest; after that, boxes arrive about a month apart.
