How do I hand out rewards students have redeemed?

When a student spends blue points on one of your class's custom rewards, it waits on your class Rewards page until you mark it handed out. Prizes for finishing a challenge are tracked separately (see below).

Custom rewards

1. On your class Overview, find Rewards Shop Stats and click View all students. This opens the class Rewards page.
2. Scroll to Custom Rewards to Fulfill. Each row shows when it was Redeemed, the student, the Points spent and the Reward.
3. Give the student their prize, then click Fulfill on that row.
4. Optionally, add Details for student (for example, "Lunch is Friday"). The student sees this note.
5. Click Mark reward as fulfilled.

The row disappears. On the student's side, the reward moves from Pending fulfillment to Fulfilled in their Rewards Shop.

Points are taken when the student redeems, and marking a reward fulfilled can't be undone. You need to be an administrator of the class to fulfill rewards. To set rewards up in the first place, see What can students spend their points on?.

Challenge prizes

If a challenge has a reward, students who reach the goal need to be marked too.

• In a class: open Challenges, click the number of readers on the challenge, and look for Eligible under Reward Status. Click … → Mark reward as fulfilled. If you click it by mistake, use Mark reward as NOT fulfilled.
• On the school dashboard: Challenges Ready to Fulfill lists students who finished a school challenge in the last 30 days. Click Mark as fulfilled next to each one.
